Our back-up service includes providing a comprehensive maintenance and call out package; from quarterly, half-year or annual health checks, remote support and emergency call outs, based on terms and conditions agreed with client contracts.

We will do our utmost to ensure we can resolve the issues relating to the particular problem during the on-site visit. Should the need arise, we are happy to provide an alternative interim solution in the event certain parts may not be available at the time of the maintenance/call-out; although, in most cases we carry a range of standard spare parts.
Last but least we can provide on-site training and system back up.

  • Regular health check. Quaterly,Half yearly or Annually depending upon the site.
  • During the maintenance we also try to resolve the issues if there any.

During the maintenance visit ,we

1. check health of the network.

2. check health of all the units installed.

3. do the ystem backup

4. Try to resolve existing issues.

5. Discuss about energy saving, LED upgrade, BMS interface etc.
